Water and wastewater are often the hardest part of an off-grid or remote installation. Randolph proposes an integrated, in-house holding system that keeps every circuit separate and visible.
Three tanks, three jobs
Tank 1 stores clean fresh water. Tank 2 holds greywater from showers and sinks. Tank 3 holds blackwater from the toilet. Dedicated level sensors report capacity and service alerts to the master control system.
Designed for inspection and pump-out
Accessible external extraction points, sealed fittings, spill prevention and a documented pump-out process allow extraction to be scheduled according to measured use rather than guesswork.
An important caveat
A holding-tank system is not automatically an approved on-site septic treatment system. Final tank capacity, plumbing, containment, servicing intervals, transport and disposal arrangements must be engineered and approved for each installation.
