  • Designed for 2–3 occupants, with a full-size bathroom and kitchen
  • Heating and air conditioning, septic-system provision and high insulation priority
  • Solar-ready roof with a reserved 4–6 in (101–152 mm) integration allowance

Warm, modern and connected to nature

Natural light, timber warmth and thoughtful storage make a compact footprint feel generous.

Expandable family configuration

Join two modules for roughly 800 sq ft

Connect two 40 ft × 10 ft modules through a pre-engineered side-to-side opening to create a larger family residence — while keeping the ability to manufacture and transport each unit separately.

  • Separate bedrooms, enlarged living and dining space, a second bathroom or a family sleeping area
  • Pre-designed opening, structural reinforcement, weather sealing and service routing
  • A removable insulated closure panel when a module is used independently

Additional living space

Rooftop option

Go up: an optional rooftop terrace

Where transport, height and local approvals permit, a rooftop terrace or observation deck can add lounge, dining and BBQ space — with engineered reinforcement, guardrails, stair access, waterproofing and safe separation from the solar equipment.

Colour options

Make it yours, inside and out

Choose exterior colours and cladding — deep charcoal, warm timber tones or a light grey — and pair them with interior finishes from wood and stone to natural fabrics and durable flooring.
